It’s The Shoes
This year we'll be sporting new team shoes in the Witchkraft pits. As you can see, they're a special make and incorporate the current team colors - red and orange, along with a cool grey/carbon fiber look.Other team apparel is in the works and will be ready to go for the first WERA/AMA round. If you or someone you know ...

Monday Morning Grind
The Daytona 200 posed some semi-unexpected results this year. Not that it would have necessarily mattered, but the Honda team had strange mechanical problems that took them out of contention. The rest of the big names (Jason Disalvo and Josh Hayes) were beat by Steve Rapp, Ben Attard and Michael Barnes, who rounded out an all-Pirelli podium; a first that I can remember in AMA Pro Racing. ...

Dreaming in Technicolor
Brian Pfeifer has been doing our paint work for the past several years. He does great work and most people who have seen our bikes generally seem to agree. He's got a full service paint shop with a huge paint booth and all the fancy tools that go along with it. As a former racer, he doesn't charge an arm and a leg either for ...

Indy Dealer Show Recap
The Indy show was a really good time. As mentioned, my dad and I were there Saturday and Sunday. The show was huge and there was definitely no way to tackle the entire list of dealers in just one day.We talked to current sponsors including Trackside Racers Supply, Woodcraft, Pit Bull, Dynojet, Motion Pro, Suomy, Barnett and ...

Off to Indy
My dad and I are heading to the Indy Dealer Show this weekend. We're leaving early tomorrow morning and staying through Sunday. The original plan was just to stay Saturday, but after talking to a few people, covering the entire show in one day is apparently near impossible.I'm looking forward to going though, as this will be my first time there. Just about everybody ...

Open House Plans
We're still waiting on a couple things before the bike is ready, but we're starting to plan an open house at Kart 2 Kart, which will be within the next month or so - sort of a fundraiser with friends and family for the upcoming season. Kart 2 Kart has always taken good care of us throughout the past several years, so this should be ...

Fast48 and Witchkraft Racing Merge
Upon viewing the site, you might be asking why everything "Fast48" has been redecorated to "Witchkraft Racing." Well for those who don't know, Witchkraft Racing has been around since my dad started racing. It was (and still is) a great team of guys (and girls) who make racing competitive and fun. The only thing is; most from the team are no longer racing anymore. Mike moved ...

Barnett Racers
We've been added to Barnett's new racer support page, which lists the riders Barnett currently sponsors. Thanks to Chris Taylor for adding us to the site, and for his support in the past several years. He and the rest of the Barnett crew have really taken good care of us.Cheers.

Gingerman – Farewell Yet Again
Gingerman will not be on the 2007 WERA schedule. The only dates available at the time weren't feasible as they conflicted with other WERA events, along with issues existing in having the resources to run the event. This is of course disappointing, as this isn't the first time WERA has unsuccessfully attempted to add Gingerman onto the schedule. Things appeared promising a couple months ago, as ...

Monday Morning Grind
The bike's up on the table right now, as we're getting the Ohlins shock revalved, and working on a few minor things. We're also trying to come up with a slightly different paint scheme for the '07 season, along with a couple other small cosmetic changes. On a side note, James is no longer Brighton Superbike. He has started up Skunk Works Engineering, which is dedicated primarily ...
