Spectator Feedback
Congrats Eddie on your racing at Grattan …. taking away 3rd on the last lap coming out of the bowl into the sweeper – very heads up. Also, I remember a pass you put on someone on the outside in 10a and still held your line through 10b onto the straight for position. You were so precise coming onto the straight…. everyone was riding through the bumps and getting out of shape except you… nicely done. Several riders almost lost it big time as they bounced out of the seat because of the line they ran. Your line into and out of the bus stop was excellent…. you gained going in and never lost ground coming up the hill into 10a. On top of it all you set a new personal best lap time. Congrats.
You are pushing everyone around you to step it up. They are taking chances while you are being exacting and methodical in your improvment. They might be in front for now but they will be on the ground because of it and you will be faster and finish.
Thanks for the kind words.
If you’re a lurker here on the blog, please feel free to step out of the closet and post up some comments; both good, bad and anything in between. Whether a racer, fan, spectator, whoever. I’ll respond to any and all feedback – even if you think I suck :).
Cheers ..

I’m back from Yosemite…wow you have been busy. Congrats on the 1st and nice work at Grattan. The summer is flying by and we have not seen you race once yet. Keep it up!!!
Thanks Eric. The Mid-O Grand Nationals are coming up Sept. 22/23rd. You guys are more than welcome to make the trip again like last year. Should be fun!
Is the 22/23rd the first weekend that we came to last year or the ESPN weekend? We actually liked it when no one was at the track. We had fun access to the entire track…it was very nice.
It’s the same weekend Eric. So yeah, just like last time basically. You can roam around the paddock and it shouldn’t be too crazy. Plus we’ll hopefully be at the front in the races too, which is always more exciting. :)
