Sweet Virginia
The WERA VIR (Virginia International Raceway) Cycle Jam is up this weekend. Huge event. While I'm out of action, Gina, Joe, Matt, Doug and I are making the trip down on Wednesday to help Jeff and enjoy the weekend. Weather looks hot and lap times should be fast. I'm going to give Jeff hell if he can't at least get into the 31's. :)
All kidding aside, about half the field will typically be AMA regulars, if it's like it was last year. It's no easy task to do well at this event (see last year's recap for more details), but it's a great deal of fun and a great measuring stick. I won't whine about how much I was looking forward to this one as well … oops.
