2011 Indy Dealer Show
We headed to the Indy Dealer show this past weekend and had an extremely busy, but good time. Teknic put Jeff's leathers from the 2010 season on display which was cool. Lots of good industry exposure was present which is never a bad thing.
Working with STG at the show this time around (rather than just going as a racer, as we have in the past) let us meet with some new industry people. Joe Rocket, Speed and Strength, Alpinestars and RS Taichi were a few of the companies which made for an educational experience. Meeting Audrey from Moto Liberty/RS Taichi was great, as I'll be wearing Taichi leathers this year and working with her, while Jeff will again be rocking the Teknic leathers this season. We met up with Rob and Jeff on Saturday and ran around talking to people a bit – Jeff mostly looking at girls. Typical.
With STG's press release coming out regarding our 2011 plans, the main thing for me is to make sure the wrist is good and I'm able to ride the bike. While Jeff is at Daytona in a few weeks, I'll be at Barber with my dad, Doug, Eric, Brian and a couple others. For me, it's learning a new track. Hopefully the wrist and the weather cooperate.
